Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective September 21, 2026

Clementine Financial is a product operated by Arias Techne Logos. This policy applies to the Clementine Financial subscription, which is billed by Stripe on a recurring basis as described on the Billing page and at checkout.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your Clementine Financial subscription at any time, under Billing → Manage billing.
• Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
• Your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. It is not cut off early, and no partial period is refunded.
• If you cancel during a free trial, your card is not charged and your access ends when the trial ends.
• You can resume a cancelled subscription before it ends, from the same place.

Refunds

• Amounts already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period.
• If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at [email protected] with the email address on your account and the date of the charge, and we will look into it.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it and you can update your card under Billing → Manage billing. If payment keeps failing, the subscription ends and the features it covers are switched off; the information you have already connected stays readable.
